Weekly Principal Message

Hello Zeh Families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on November 17th and 19th. Earlier this week, you should have received a sign-up invitation through ParentSquare from your child’s teacher. These in-person conferences are a great opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, address any questions or concerns, and work together to support their learning. Please use the sign-up link to select a convenient time.

If you need an interpreter, your conference will be scheduled for you. Please do not sign up through ParentSquare. If we have recently met for an IEP or Team Meeting, there is no need to schedule an additional conference.

If you would like to meet with other staff members, including specials teachers, special educators, reading specialists, the English language development teacher, or the nurse, please contact them directly by email to arrange a time.

Reminder: 4th & 5th Grade Cereal Drive & Annual Informance

Our annual 4th & 5th Grade Music Informance is Monday, November 9 at 7:00 PM! During the week leading up to the event, students are encouraged to perform their music at home for a family member or trusted adult and collect a box of cereal as a donation to our local food pantry.

Please send cereal donations to school during your child’s final music lesson before the Informance. Students who cannot perform at home may perform for the music teacher at school instead.

PTO monthly meeting (Monday 11/9): Our next monthly meeting will be held Monday 11/9 at 1:30pm in the conference room. All are welcome and encouraged to attend! Want to get involved but can’t make the meeting? Email us!
Family Fun Day at Apex Entertainment: ZEH school has been invited to co-host a fundraiser on Veteran’s Day (Wed 11/11) at Apex Entertainment in Marlborough. Please see the attached flyer for more details.

Student Absence Reporting

If you need to report your child absent, you can now use this email address: zehattendance@nsboro.k12.ma.us. Please be sure to include your child's name, teacher, and reason for their absence. You can also still report an absence by phone by calling our main line at (508)351-7048.
