Principal's Message
Dear Zeh Families,
As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, we are beginning the process of creating class lists. Our goal is to place each student in the most supportive and effective learning environment—one where they feel safe, are appropriately challenged, and can reach their full potential. To do this, we carefully consider multiple factors during the placement process.
We also recognize that parents and guardians have valuable insights about their children that we may not otherwise know. If there is information you believe would be helpful for us to consider, please email me at jbell@nsboro.k12.ma.us by Friday, April 17, 2026, keeping the following guidelines in mind:
Share the qualities you would like to see in your child’s teacher (please note that we are not able to accommodate specific teacher requests).
Share any needs your child may have—educational, medical, emotional, or social—that could impact class placement (we are also unable to accommodate requests for specific peer placements).
Thank you for your support throughout this process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Mr. Bell jbell@nsboro.k12.ma.us

Project Adventure Volunteers Needed
It is the time of year to welcome back Project Adventure. Project Adventure is a climbing unit for the gym classes. If this is your first time with Project Adventure, please feel free to reach out and ask any questions to Mrs. DiSimone. If you can only make it to one class, or if you can join us for many classes, we appreciate any help you can provide. We know everyone has busy schedules, but we hope many of you can join us for at least one class, as it is so much fun to watch the students climb and grow! Thank you in advance.

5/15: Kidzfest at Zeh from 5:30-7:30pm
Details:
Kidzfest Planning Meeting (3/30): Planning has begun for our most fun Kidzfest yet…but we still need a lot more help! Among other things, the committee is currently seeking one or more people to make cotton candy, as well as a point person for the high school volunteers at the event. Join us for our next meeting on Monday 3/30 at 7pm at Neighborhood Tavern. Can’t make the meeting but willing to help? Send us an email!
Blue Square Pizza Fundraiser (4/6): Like delicious pizza? Need a break from cooking the day after Easter? The PTO has you covered! Order from Blue Square Pizza on Monday 4/6 between 4-8pm, and a portion of the proceeds goes to Zeh. Make sure to mention Zeh School when you place your order!

PTO Monthly Meeting (4/13): Our next monthly meeting will be held on Monday 4/13 at 1:30 in the Zeh conference room. All are welcome! Can’t make the meeting but want to find out more about what we do? Email us!
National Walk/Bike Day (4/28): Join us between 8:10-8:25am, and be sure to stop by the PTO table to sign the poster and pick up your charm. A great way to start the day!
Teacher Appreciation Week (5/4-5/08): Our teachers and staff at Zeh are totally rad! We have a dope week planned with an excellent 90’s theme, and we would love your help! We kindly request monetary donations via Venmo (@ZehSchoolPTO) or cash and will be accepting funds through Sunday, May 3. Help us treat our mad cool teachers and staff!
Kidzfest Silent Auction Donations Needed: We are seeking sports tickets, specialty services, gift baskets/gift cards, a few nights at a vacation home, and other goodies to include in our Silent Auction fundraiser. Remember that the success of this event directly impacts continued PTO funding for field trips, enrichment activities, classroom grants, and needed school improvements at Zeh, so get creative! Have something to donate or want more info? Email the Silent Auction Committee!
