Principal's Message
Dear Zeh Families,
It was nice to enjoy some warmer weather over the past few days after the storm earlier in the week. I think we are all more than ready for a bit more sunshine and a lot less snow!
Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 12, from 1:00–3:00 PM and 5:30–7:30 PM. These conferences are a valuable opportunity for school staff and families to connect and discuss how your child is progressing in their learning. Earlier today, you should have received an invitation through ParentSquare from your child’s classroom teacher to select a conference time. If you would like to meet with any additional staff members during conferences, please feel free to email them directly.
Our fourth graders recently completed their Washington, DC research projects and presented them to their families and the school community yesterday. They did an amazing job! The projects included some very creative models, and the facts students shared were both thoughtful and informative. Congratulations to our fourth graders on their hard work.

2026 MCAS Assessment Dates
Each year, students in grades 3, 4, and 5 participate in the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS). These state assessments measure student learning in key academic areas and help schools understand how well students are meeting grade-level expectations.
Because it is important for students to be present during testing days whenever possible, I wanted to share our MCAS testing schedule with you so you can plan accordingly. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Parents’ Night Out at Clover Road Brewing Company (3/13): It’s been a long winter and we all deserve a break! All Zeh parents are invited to come and unwind at our PTO Parents’ Night Out event at Clover Road Brewing Company in Hudson. The event starts at 5pm, and will feature live music, craft beer, and food trucks. Mention Zeh before you order and a portion of the proceeds will come back to Zeh. See you there!
PTO Monthly Meeting (3/9): Our next monthly meeting will be held on Monday 3/9 at 1:30 in the Zeh conference room. All are welcome! Can’t make the meeting but want to find out more about what we do? Email us! Launch Collaborative Fundraiser (3/23): Need an activity for the kids on Monday March 23 (no school)? The PTO is collaborating with Proctor PTO and others to host a collaborative fundraiser at Launch in Wesborough. Sign in will begin at 11am and jumping will be from 11:30-1:30. More details and sign up to follow soon! Kidzfest Planning Meeting (3/30): Planning has begun for our most fun Kidzfest yet…but we still need a lot more help! Join us for our next meeting on Monday 3/30 at 7pm at Neighborhood Tavern. Want to get involved but can’t attend meetings? Send us an email! Kidzfest Silent Auction Donations Needed: We are seeking sports tickets, specialty services, gift baskets/gift cards, a few nights at a vacation home, and other goodies to include in our Silent Auction fundraiser. Remember that the success of this event directly impacts continued PTO funding for field trips, enrichment activities, classroom grants, and needed school improvements at Zeh, so get creative!
