Principal's Message

Dear Zeh Families,

Thank you to everyone who helped make the Fun Run a success! We had a great time this afternoon as a school community while raising a lot of money to support our school.

For your planning purposes, I wanted to let you know that on Friday, October 31st, we will hold our Fall Costume Parade. It will happen at the start of the day, beginning at 8:30 a.m. As we did last year, students should come to school wearing their costumes. After the bell rings at 8:25, students will line up with their teachers, and we’ll begin the parade around the soccer field. Families are welcome to attend.

After the parade, students will enter the building, remove their costumes, and continue with their regular school day. If you do not want your child to participate, please contact your child’s teacher. An alternate activity will be available. Students will also have the option to opt out of the parade that morning. If it rains, the parade will be canceled and will not be rescheduled.

Student Costume Parade Guidance

  • Wear costumes to school

  • Wear clothing under costumes, students should be able to change out independently

  • No Masks (student faces should be visible)

  • No weapons, sharp objects, or violent-themed costumes

Family Parade Guidance

  • Park along the street

  • Stay in the designated areas on the field

  • Please do not bring any dogs

Please let me know if you have any questions. Enjoy the long weekend!

  • Fall Book Fair coming up soon! This year’s fall book fair will be held October 27-31. Families will have the opportunity to come in and shop together on the evening of Tuesday, October 28. Stay tuned for more details and info on how to volunteer!

Anzio's Restaurant Night

Mark your calendar for the first 5th grade restaurant night! Each year, our 5th graders take part in milestone activities and traditions that celebrate their time at Zeh and prepare them for middle school. These experiences include class trips, special events, and end-of-year celebrations, and are an important part of building memories that last a lifetime. To make these opportunities possible, we are raising funds to cover event costs, supplies, and enrichment activities. This is a great opportunity to organize a meet up with friends for dinner. Relax and enjoy a night without cooking and cleanup!

Thank you to Anzio's who will donate 20% of sales on 10/16 from Dine In, Takeout and Delivery towards our fundraising efforts.

*Make sure to show this flyer on your phone or bring your printout! If ordering delivery, reference Zeh School 5th grade fundraiser.

*🍕🍕🍕 Thank you!
