Principal's Message

Hello Zeh Families,

As we wrap up another wonderful year at Zeh, I want to take a moment to thank all of our families for helping make this school year such a success. Your ongoing support, whether through volunteering, partnering with staff, or collaborating to meet the needs of our students, has made a meaningful difference in our school community. I continue to feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the Zeh family and am already looking forward to all that next year will bring.

Next week, we’ll celebrate our incredible 5th graders as they prepare to take the next step in their educational journey. We’ll also provide opportunities for all students to meet the teachers in the grade level they’ll be entering next year, helping them feel more comfortable and excited for what’s ahead.

Class placements for the 2025–2026 school year will be shared with families through ParentSquare in August, and school supply lists can be found on the school website. Until then, I wish you and your families a safe, relaxing, and joyful summer break. Thank you again for being such an important part of what makes Zeh a truly special place.

7/1: Deadline to order School Supplies

Order School Supplies for next year: Save time on school supply shopping! Order here and pick up supplies in late August at Zeh. You’ll receive a notification when they arrive.

Thank you to all the Zeh families and staff who helped make our PTO events and fundraisers so successful this year! Whether you volunteered your time, made a donation, or attended one of our events, we couldn’t do it without you! Wishing all the members of the Zeh community and their families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer!

Zeh Summer Reading

We’re excited to kick off Zeh's Summer Reading Program! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to stay engaged, build their reading skills, and discover the joy of books during the summer months.

This week, during library classes, all students in grades K-4 received a reading packet that included a page of book suggestions, a reading bingo challenge, and a bookmark. Students can use the QR code on the bookmark to reach the Zeh Library website, where they will find read-alouds, kid-friendly podcasts, virtual field trips, coding activities, and more!

Our two fun challenges for the summer include:

"Get Caught Reading" - send Mrs. Sheehan a photo or two showing how you were "caught reading" in a fun, unique, or unusual spot this summer!

Reading Bingo Challenge - try to complete as many of the reading challenge squares on the bingo board. How many bingos can you make? Only one bingo square a day! Bring back your completed bingo board in September to be entered in a special drawing!

I'm excited to hear all about Zeh's summer reading adventures in September!
